Joseph Johann Maštalíř (Mastalierz) (1757-1793): A pioneer of European outpatient care for sick children

Joseph Johann Maštalíř (also spelled Mastalierz), a native of South Bohemia and a physician for infants and children (today we would say pediatrician), stood at the cradle of European outpatient medical care for sick children from poor families.
